Barry Morton
Co-Founder & CEO
Barry Morton was born and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas and currently resides with his wife, Bonnie, and their children, Emma, Anna, Peyton, & Savannah. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications/Public Relations in 1999. After 20 years of church ministry, he and his brother, Philip, founded MobileCare Dental, PLLC. where he currently serves as the company’s CEO. Barry’s vision to invest in the “person” more than the “employee” has brought MobileCare to the family-like work environment that it is today.
Mitzi George
Chief Administrative Officer
Mitzi George was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas and currently resides with her husband, Brandon, and son, Mason. In 2001, she graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After 20 years of working in dentistry, Mitzi transitioned to long-term care where she obtained her Administrator’s license. With experience in both fields, she joined the MobileCare team where she serves as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer.
Angela Gay
Director of Human Resources
Angela moved from Missouri to Fort Smith in 2019 alongside her husband, David, and their two kids, Collin and Allison, with their dachshund, Dexter. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Her experience in leadership ranges from working with adults in a hospital environment to teaching PreK at her daughter’s school. Angela believes in getting to know people through active listening, as everyone has a story to tell regardless of age. In her free time, she enjoys making leather bows, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.
Lary George Jr. DDS, MS
Director of Prosthodontics
Dr. Lary George grew up in Danville, AR, the son of a dentist. Following in the footsteps of his father, he earned degrees from Arkansas Tech University, the University of Tennessee, and The Ohio State University. Prior to coming to MobileCare Health Connect, Dr. George was in private practice, a Dental Relations Specialist at Green Dental Laboratory, and Director of Professional Education for National Dentex Corporation. His career with MobileCare began in 2022 continuing his belief in treating patients with compassion, a loving heart, and adding a smile to their day. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking a good trail or playing a round of golf if it’s warm enough.
Kendra Staggs
Arkansas State Director
Kendra has been an integral part of MobileCare since 2019. In her current role as the Arkansas State Director, she oversees and leads all field operations of the mobile clinics, ensuring the needs of all senior citizens are met at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across the state. With extensive experience, including five years with an oral surgeon, Kendra brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Prior to her dental career, she spent four years as a CNA in long-term care facilities and hospitals. Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time on her hobbies, including raising cattle with her family at 3 Foot Cattle Co.
Holly Blevins
Facility Director
Holly was raised in Russellville, AR, and joined the MobileCare family in March of 2023 after working as a registered dental assistant and treatment coordinator for over 12 years. She is currently the Facility Director for MobileCare. She enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Shannon Whitson
Facility Team Lead
Shannon, who initially joined the MobileCare Team as a Financial Coordinator at the Corporate Office in November 2021, has since risen to the role of Facility Team Lead. Her extensive background in financial coordination from working in both an eye clinic and an oral surgeon’s office brings invaluable expertise to our company. Shannon oversees the filing of all assets and payments, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, she provides crucial support to our Clinic Teams by managing back-office paperwork while they deliver top-notch dental care in the field. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Shannon finds relaxation in sewing machine embroidery and cherishes moments spent with her children and grandchildren.
Nickie Dickey
Financial Coordinator
Nickie Dickey, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and raised in Alma, Arkansas, graduated from Cedarville High School. Alongside her husband, Jospeh, she cherishes parenting their two children, Brinlee and Eden. Currently employed as a Financial Coordinator at MobileCare, Nickie previously supervised at Brownwood Life Care Center, assisting children and young adults with intellectual disabilities. She finds joy in family time and outdoor pursuits like hiking and camping.
Casey Moore
Region 1 - Facility Coordinator
Casey Moore, a Texan native, became an integral part of the MobileCare team in June 2023, assuming the role of Facility Coordinator. Having relocated to Arkansas in 2012, he graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with a degree in Organizational Leadership and a Minor in music. In 2017, Casey tied the knot with his wife Channing, and they now share their lives with their three children, Dawson, Ivy, and Piper. Outside of work, Casey finds joy in spending quality time with his family and expressing his musical talents through singing and playing the guitar.
Tara Lofton
REGION 1 - FACILITY COORDINATOR
Tara Lofton brings a wealth of experience and a passion for providing exceptional care. With a background in long-term care, she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) shortly after high school. Later, she transitioned to the dental field, where she has accumulated 10 years of experience. Her expertise spans both chairside assistance and front office operations, making her a versatile professional in the dental industry. Tara holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and thrives on connecting with others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, embracing the beauty and serenity of nature.
Casey Crews
REGION 3 - Facility Coordinator
Casie Crews, formerly a Dental Assistant at MobileCare, has transitioned into the role of Facility Coordinator for Region 3, where she now oversees both dental and vision services, leveraging her dedication to patient care and facility management. Residing in Van Buren, AR and a proud mother of two, Grayson and Charlee, she is fueled by a passion to make a positive difference in both her professional and personal spheres. During her leisure moments, Casie delights in outdoor activities with her children, including playing sports and going for walks.

REGION 4 - Facility Coordinator
Amanda serves as the Facility Coordinator for Region 4, leveraging her expertise in facility management, HR, and scheduling. When she’s not immersed in her professional responsibilities, Amanda treasures moments with her family and indulges in her passions for fishing, hunting, and binge-watching true crime documentaries. Known for her love of fast cars, she lives by the mantra, “If you’re not first, you’re last.”

Danielle Rogers
REGION 1 - Dental Lead
Danielle Rogers is a skilled Registered Dental Assistant with four years of experience. She joined MobileCare Health Connect in June 2023 after working in general dentistry, where she also assisted with orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her kids and exploring new places and experiences.
Kaile Burnett
REGION 1 - Dental Assistant
Kaile Burnett is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined MobileCare Health Connect in June 2024. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching TV shows, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

Aaron Crow
REGION 2 - Dental Lead
Aaron joined the MobileCare Team in 2016. He is responsible for the oversight and leadership of daily operations of the Region 2 mobile clinic, providing dental needs of senior citizens at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across central Arkansas. Aaron started out as a transporter, then learned to Dental Assist and has now worked his way to the position of Team Lead. In his spare time Aaron enjoys outdoor activities and reading.
Jennifer Burrus
REGION 2 - Dental Assistant
Jennifer joined the MobileCare Team in the summer of 2021. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and is responsible for helping the dentist during dental procedures. Other responsibilities include greeting the residents, transporting them from the long term care facility onto the clinic and helping them feel as comfortable as possible while our team serves their needs. When not on clinic, Jennifer enjoys taking her dog to the park, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.

Kirstie Forrest
REGION 3 - Dental Lead
Kirstie joined the MobileCare team in the summer of 2019. As the Dental Lead, she oversees and manages the daily operations of the Region 3 mobile clinic, providing dental care to senior citizens at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across southwestern Arkansas. In her free time, Kirstie enjoys cheering on and supporting her children in their various extracurricular activities.

Katherine Hobbs
REGION 4 - Dental Assistant
Katherine Hobbs is a Registered Dental Assistant with RDA certification. She has experience as an office assistant at a dental office, which has enriched her formal education. In her personal life, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, Luke, and her dog, Marlow. She also loves hanging out with family and friends, going for car rides, swimming, and listening to music.

Bryce Neidecker
Region 1 - Vision Lead
Bryce Neidecker graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Born and raised in Van Buren, she is a proud 2020 graduate of Van Buren High School. As the Vision Lead for Region 1, Bryce brings dedication and expertise to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her free time on the lake, hiking, or hanging out with friends.

Kamery Palmer
REGION 3 - Vision Lead
Kamery Palmer is the Vision Lead for Region 3 at MobileCare Health Connect, joining the team in June 2023. Passionate about the outdoors, Kamery enjoys any activity that allows her to connect with nature.
Alisha Richardson
REGION 4 - Vision Lead
Alisha Richardson is the Vision Lead for Region 4 at MobileCare Health Connect, starting in April 2024. With five years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), she previously worked in an orthodontic clinic. Alisha holds an Associate’s degree in Medical Office Management and is certified in billing, coding, and transcription. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and two daughters. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities and playing with their pets, which include three giant dogs and a cat that thinks it’s a dog.
